When you place an order with Bright Brain, you are automatically signed up for the following emails:
- Account Emails - These are sent for things like account creation, account changes and updates such as password changes, address changes, etc.
- Order Emails - These include emails that confirm an order was placed, changed, shipped, or delivered.
- Reward Emails - These include notifications about your reward activity such as being awarded points for a purchase, review or more. It also includes emails for reward point expiration notifications or point balance changes.
- Newsletter Emails - These are sent only if you signed up and include emails for coupon codes, promotions, news and other related content. These are sent only once a month or less.
When you create your account and place your first order, it might seem like you got many emails from Bright Brain, but you can rest assured, we never spam or continually bombard our customers with marketing emails. We always want to provide our customers with the most information possible about things like order status and other money saving promotions that can help.
If you would like to receive fewer emails, unsubscribing is easy. The easiest method is clicking the unsubscribe link contained in most of our emails. Once you click that, and you are logged in to the website, you will be removed from it automatically.
If you want to manually unsubscribe, simply log in and go to the account section of the website and click the section you wish to unsubscribe from. It is that easy!
