1. Base Refund Calculation:
- Refunds for eligible items are calculated based on the product price at the time of purchase.
- A 25% reprocessing fee is deducted from the refund amount for unopened and unused items, reflecting the costs associated with processing returns.
2. Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes any expedited shipping services you may have chosen.
- In eligible cases where Bright Brain provides a return shipping label at your request, the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. Additional Fees and Deductions:
- Returns utilizing "Free Shipping" options could be subject to up to a fee or an amount equivalent to the original non-promotional shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund.
- Unauthorized returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or returns that do not comply with our policy (e.g., opened items) but are determined to be eligible for return may incur a 50% processing fee, further reducing the refund amount.
- For specific situations where returns of opened products are approved, a 50% processing fee of the product price is applied.
4. Special Conditions:
- Returns of damaged or incomplete products (including missing jars, caps, or seals, for example) are typically not eligible for return and are disposed of properly.
5. Timing and Processing:
- Once a return is received and processed at our warehouse, the refund (after deductions) is typically issued within 7 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
- Please note, it may take an additional 1–5 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.

Due to manufacturing and health certifications, refunds are provided as a courtesy for our great customers since products which have been outside our facilities typically require disposal and cannot be reused, even if unopened.
