How can I change something on my order?


First, congratulations and thank you for ordering your Bright Brain product!

Here at Bright Brain, we process orders very fast; So if you need something changed on your order, please make the request as quickly as possible.

All order change requests, including shipping address changes, product changes, and all other requests must be made through the helpdesk and not via phone. Since the call center is a separate department, the helpdesk gives us the ability to hold or change orders quickly in the system to ensure any needed changes are made on quickly.

Once the order has been processed, it is sometimes very difficult to make any changes. This is because hundreds of orders are being processed every single day and multiple shipping pickups occur throughout each day from UPS, USPS and FedEx. Finding a single order to change once it has been processed can be difficult to impossible, so we encourage you to make your change requests quickly!
